OVERVIEW
This 4 day program has a strong emphasis on practical dentistry, where we will design, place and polish three full maxillary arches of layered composite veneers reviewing the approaches necessary to create a perfect finish bespoke to the different smiles you may encounter.
We will study every stage of the smile design process covering photography, digital smile design, smile try in, preparation of pink aesthetics, placement, layering, polishing and marketing of your aesthetic dentistry.

Are you new to composite veneers?
This course is not an introduction to composite veneers.
It is advanced and intensive training designed to refine and hone and already stable skillset.
I am always happy to welcome clinicians new to composite veneers, but I advise that the level at which it each may be challenging to follow.

LEADING THE WAY

This course is designed to teach layered composite veneers to an exquisite standard. with a focus on smile design, artistic skill and photography, I aim to leave you confident in planning, placing, finishing and photographing a full arch of composite veneers.
Course Breakdown
Each cohort will run from a Wednesday to a Saturday, starting at 09:00 and finishing at 17:00, drinks reception on Saturday.
Day 1 – The theory of smile design
Smile design in real time on your own cases. photography, case planning, smile sketching, Digital Smile Design, 3D printing and palatal stent fabrication, reviewing pink aesthetics, material selection equipment review, occlusal planning and placement of palatal shells.
Day 2 – Layering and tooth anatomy.
A masterclass in the process of anterior composite placement, tooth preparation, isolation, bonding, shaping, layering and creation of your first ten unit case on a normal typodont. We will explore the nuances behind each individual tooth and the framework of predictably re-creating this anatomy in your future cases.
Day 3 – Texturing and polishing your veneers.
Uniquely beautiful teeth can only be created when the tooth planes and line angles exist in exactly the right positions. Here we will refine the anatomy, surface texture and polish to the point of perfection. Focusing on every detail that goes into making a tooth appear lifelike. You will finish your first ten unit case today to a world class standard and begin placement on the next space closure case.
Day 4 – Creating a masterpiece.
The final day will involve independent polishing of your previous case, photographing and documenting your work and placement, polishing and photography of your final ten unit veneer case on a tooth wear patient. The day will close with a review of all of your cases, a celebratory drinks reception and provision of your certificates.
Course fees are non-refundable. To reschedule your course to another date, a minimum of 30 days notice is required. Absence or sickness must be reported 24 hours before the day of the course. You will be offered additional days to repeat the missed content. Should you fail to attend with no notice, A per-day fee at 25% of the course value will be attached when rebooking. A significant part of the course will require an iPad, apple pencil and DLSR camera. Should you fail to bring these, you accept that you will not be provided a substitute. The course is accredited and upon completion you will receive 32 hours of CPD. Certification cannot be given until all four days are completed.
